Climate change increasingly affects business activities, corporate strategies, and financial planning. This study aims to analyze the impacts of climate-related risks and opportunities on corporate business strategies based on the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework. A literature review method was employed by analyzing previous studies and relevant climate-related disclosure documents. The findings indicate that climate-related risks and opportunities are associated with operational activities, asset management, corporate strategies, and financial decisions. However, disclosures remain more focused on environmental information than on their financial implications. More integrated climate disclosures related to business strategies and financial planning are needed to provide relevant information for companies and investors.
