The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at the Pengadang Central Lombok Health Center is an important step to improve the efficiency and quality of health services. The success of the implementation of EMR is influenced by the individual factors and the organizational environment that affect the level of use of this system. This study aims to examine the factors that affect the use of EMR using the UTAUT model, including Performance Expectations, Business Expectations, Social Influence, and Facility Conditions. The research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting primary data through a closed questionnaire that is distributed to health workers at the Health Center. Data analysis was carried out by multiple regression accompanied by classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity (Glejser test), and linearity to ensure model validity. Autocorrelation tests are not applied because the data is not time-bound. The results of the classical assumption test showed normal distributed residuals, a VIF value below 10, and the significance of the Glejser test above 0.05, indicating that the assumption was met. Linearity and residual scatterplot tests also support the existence of linear relationships. The results of the multivariate analysis (multiple regression) showed that all four variables simultaneously had a significant effect (p < 0.05). However, based on the partial t-test table, only Performance Expectancy and Facilitating Conditions were shown to have a significant effect, while the other variables did not and a Durbin-Watson value close to 2, indicating no autocorrelation. The model proved to be valid and reliable with Cronbach's alpha > 0.89. Research suggests increasing training and technical support as well as strengthening a digital work culture to maximize the sustainable use of EMR.
