The rapid advancement of technology has increased the need for digital transformation in public services, particularly to overcome the inefficiencies of manual administrative processes. The Sesetan Village Office faces challenges in managing administrative service requests, including lengthy processing times, difficulties in tracking application status, and the risk of data duplication. This study aims to design and develop a web-based administrative service information system that integrates the local wisdom of Desa Kala Patra to provide flexible and adaptive public services. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, while data were collected through observation and interviews. The results show that the proposed system successfully supports online administrative services, from document submission by residents to document processing by village administrators. Black Box Testing confirmed that all system functions operated as intended, indicating that the system is feasible for implementation and can improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of administrative services.
