BersihKita Laundry is a home-based laundry service that still records transactions, customer data, laundry progress, and income reports manually. This condition means that operational data are not centrally stored, while service monitoring and transaction recapitulation take more time. This research aims to design and develop a web-based E-Laundry System that supports customer, service, transaction, payment, laundry-progress, tracking, receipt, and reporting management at BersihKita Laundry. The study applied a Research and Development approach using the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system was developed with CodeIgniter 4, PHP, and MariaDB. Black Box testing across fourteen scenarios resulted in PASS for every scenario. Automated testing produced 91 tests and 453 assertions with no failures in the research environment. A User Acceptance Test involving 25 valid responses obtained a score of 718 out of 1,000, or 71.80%, categorized as good. The result indicates user acceptance of the assessed features; measuring operational task-time efficiency was outside the scope of this study.
