Teachers' limited competence in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based digital media has hindered the effective implementation of innovative teaching practices and environmental projects. This community service program aimed to enhance teachers' knowledge and skills in developing AI-based instructional media. The program was conducted at State Senior High School 1 Koto Kampar Hulu and involved 29 teachers through educational seminars, workshops, hands-on practice, and mentoring using Canva AI, Gemini AI, and NotebookLM. Program effectiveness was evaluated using pretest-posttest assessments, N-Gain analysis, instructional media product evaluation, and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed that the participants' mean score increased from 47.0 to 78.9, with an N-Gain score of 0.6, indicating a moderate level of improvement. All participants (100%) demonstrated increased knowledge following the training. Furthermore, every participant successfully developed at least one AI-based instructional medium, such as a poster or infographic, that was ready for implementation in classroom instruction and environmental projects. These findings indicate that the training effectively enhanced teachers' digital competencies and their ability to integrate AI technologies into teaching and learning practices
