This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work-related stress on employee performance at the Ministry of Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia in South Jakarta, specifically within the Directorate of Transmigrant Community Empowerment (PMT). This study employs a quantitative approach using an associative research design. The study population consisted of 30 employees, and the entire population was selected as the sample using a saturation sampling technique. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that, when considered individually, the workload variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, job stress was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous testing indicates that workload and job stress together have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.207, meaning that these two independent variables can explain 20.7% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 79.3% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.
