Abundant but underutilized chicken manure and pineapple peel waste can pollute the environment, yet both can be processed into a valuable rearing medium for Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae. This study examined the effect of fermented chicken manure-pineapple peel mixtures on BSF production performance. Chicken manure was fermented for 7 days using EM4 and molasses, then mixed with fermented pineapple peel at ratios P0 (100%), P1 (90:10), P2 (80:20), and P3 (70:30), using a Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 6 replicates. Larval weight, length, and width were observed on days 14, 21, and 28; pupal length and width on day 42. Increasing pineapple peel proportion significantly improved larval growth (P<0.05), with P3 performing best and yielding the highest pupal length (14.62 mm), while P0 failed to form pupae due to low energy reserves and high substrate ammonia. Pineapple peel fermentation improved nutrient digestibility and moisture, supporting larval metamorphosis
