The use of digital wallets is becoming more widespread in electronic transactions, but the relationship between providers and users is generally based on standard agreements drafted unilaterally. This study aims to analyze exoneration clauses in DANA's Terms and Conditions of Use based on Article 18 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The research uses a normative legal method with statutory and conceptual approaches. Primary legal materials include legislation and DANA's Terms and Conditions, which are analyzed qualitatively using a deductive method. The results show that clauses limiting liability, disclaiming responsibility for certain losses, and unilateral authority to determine compensation claims have the potential to create imbalances and contradict prohibitions on standard clauses. Therefore, DANA needs to draft responsibility clauses in a way that's more proportional, transparent, and in line with consumer protection principles.
