Integrated health services based on community service represent an approach to expanding public access to health education, basic medical care, and necessary medical procedures. This approach supports the early detection of non-communicable diseases through community-based health education and screening. To improve access to health services for the community of Manggala District, Makassar City, by integrating health education, health check-ups, basic medical care, and circumcision services. The community service activity was conducted on August 8, 2026, at Ar-Raaid Mosque, Antang Local Government Housing Complex, Manggala District, Makassar City, involving medical personnel, medical students from the Faculty of Medicine at UMI (Universitas Muslim Indonesia), and local residents. Activities included health education regarding hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and hyperuricemia; health screenings (blood pressure, nutritional status, random blood glucose, total cholesterol, and uric acid levels); consultations and physical examinations; and circumcision services. A total of 38 participants underwent health check-ups and general clinic services. Screening results indicated that elevated cholesterol and uric acid levels were the most common findings, while elevated blood glucose was observed in some participants. Predominant clinical complaints included dizziness or vertigo, musculoskeletal pain, and limb cramps. Of the 23 participants registered for circumcision, 21 underwent the procedure; minor complications, such as hematomas, were managed during the service. Integrated health services can improve community access to primary healthcare and raise awareness regarding the early detection of non-communicable diseases through education and screening. This approach can be developed into a community service model that comprehensively and sustainably integrates education, screening, medical care, and medical procedures.
