Integrity in Christian entrepreneurial practice is often undermined by the pressure of corrupt business environments and dishonest practices such as greenwashing and financial statement manipulation. This study aims to expound Proverbs 11:1 concerning "just weights" and formulate a practical integrity framework for Christian entrepreneurs. The method used is library research with a descriptive qualitative approach, drawing from primary sources (the Hebrew text of Proverbs 11:1) and secondary sources (indexed journals) through Google Scholar searches. The discussion is conducted in three sub-sections: a contextual exposition of Proverbs 11:1 according to ancient Hebrew culture, an analysis of its relevance to contemporary ethical challenges, and the formulation of a three-pillar integrity framework. The findings reveal that "false balances" are an abomination to the LORD, equivalent to idolatry, while "just weights" demand transparency, accountability, and dependence on God. This framework serves as a foundation for Christian entrepreneurs to conduct business faithfully amidst corrupt systems and to become an authentic witness of faith in the marketplace.
