This research explores the impact of ball bearing damage on fuel quality in purifiers, specifically in relation to its effect on the shaft. Damaged ball bearings can cause various problems in purifiers, such as increased friction, decreased efficiency, and potential further damage to related components. An analytical method was used to identify the condition of ball bearing damage in the purifier and observe the changes that occur in the shaft and the quality of the processed fuel. The results showed that ball bearing damage had a significant impact on reducing the quality of fuel processed by the purifier. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of regular and timely maintenance on the ball bearing and shaft of the purifier to ensure optimal performance and quality of the fuel produced. Further studies can be conducted to explore effective maintenance strategies to address the problem of ball bearing damage in purifiers.
