Study Improving internet network infrastructure is one of the key factors in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of public services, including at the Sidoarjo Regency Fisheries Service. Currently, the problems faced are unstable internet connectivity, limited network equipment, and a lack of information system integration, which hinders fisheries data management and community services. Based on user needs, a system is needed that can provide reliable connectivity, adequate network capacity, and easy real-time data access. The system required includes the procurement of modern network devices, such as high-capacity routers and cloud-based servers, as well as the integration of web-based applications for data management. The way this system works includes providing a stable internet network through optimal bandwidth distribution, centralized data management, and secure access for users through authentication. The results of system implementation show a significant increase in connection stability, data processing efficiency, and speed of service to the public. In conclusion, the development of internet network infrastructure that is planned and based on user needs can improve the operational performance of the Sidoarjo Regency Fisheries Service, as well as support more modern and efficient management of the fisheries sector.
