Abstract

 Buah Mengkudu merupakan komoditi ekspor yang sedang berkembang di Indonesia. Proses pengklasifikasian kematangan buah Mengkudu perlu dilakukan agar kualitas buah Mengkudu yang di ekspor dapat terjamin. Proses klasifikasi dengan jumlah yang banyak akan sulit apabila dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini diperlukan untuk menghasilkan proses otomatisasi klasifikasi kematangan buah Mengkudu. Metode yang diusulkan untuk melakukan otomatisasi klasifikasi adalah proses pengenalan karakteristik buah Mengkudu berdasarkan fitur tekstur dan warna. Fitur tektur dan fitur warna didapatkan melalui proses pengolahan citra digital buah Mengkudu. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengklasifikasian buah Mengkudu dengan algoritma Support Vector Machines (SVM) menghasilkan nilai persentase lebih tinggi dari pada menggunakan algoritma k-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). Hasil persentase tertinggi yang didapatkan yaitu sebesar 87.22%.   Noni fruit is an export commodities that were flourishing in Indonesia. Noni fruit maturity classification process should be done in order the quality of the noni fruit which is exported can be guaranteed. Classification process in large quantities will be difficult if it is done manually. Therefore this research is needed to produce an automation classification process of noni fruit ripeness. The proposed method is characteristic introduction of noni fruit based on texture and color features. Texture and color features are obtained from digital image processing of noni fruit. This research proves that the classification of noni fruit with SVM algorithm produces better accuracy than using KNN algorithm. The highest accuracy is equal to 87.22%.

Abstract

Abstract. In the chicken nursery industry (doc) hatching efficiency is obtained by observing the eggs through candling before the incubation process. To sort out infertile eggs the use of fertility image identification thought egg candling is needed before incubation. The focus of this study is to combine the features of shape, texture and color to the area and egg yolk to determine the most dominant features in the image representing firtile egg candling. Features used in this study are the feature of forms: roundness, elongation, Index, Ellips Varriance and Circularity Ratio, moment invariant texture features of the area and the egg yolk, and features HSI color in egg yolks area. The test results show that the highest accuracy is on the features of the new forms of egg yolk with an accuracy of 76.67%. The second highest is shown by the combination of form features (Circularity Ratio, Ellips Varriance) and texture features in the area moment yolk color features HSI with 81.67% accuracy using SVM classification method.Keywords: Egg candling imagery, fertile, infertile, incubation Abstrak. Pada industri pembibitan ayam (doc) efisiensi penetasan telur ayam didapatkan dengan melakukan candling (peneropongan telur) sebelum proses inkubasi menggunakan mesin tetas. Untuk mengklasifikasikan telur fertile dan infertile dibutuhkan identifikasi kesuburan telur menggunakan citra candling sebelum inkubasi. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah mengkombinasikan fitur bentuk, tekstur dan warna pada area kuning telur dan telur untuk mengetahui fitur yang paling dominan dalam merepresentasikan citra candling telur ayam kampung. Fitur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah fitur bentuk (Roundness, Elongation, Index, Ellips Varriance dan Circularity Ratio), fitur tektur moment invarian dari area telur dan kuning telur dan fitur warna HSI pada area kuning telur. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi tertinggi pada fitur bentuk kuning telur baru dengan akurasi 76,67% dan kombinasi fitur bentuk (Circularity Ratio, Ellips Varriance), fitur tekstur moment pada area kuning telur dengan fitur warna HSI dengan akurasi 81,67 % menggunakan metode klasifikasi SVM. Abstract

Type II Diabetes Mellitus is a disorder caused by genetic and environmental factors. Molecular analysis of T2DM abnormalities has been carried out. But the analysis in sample preparation especially the stages of DNA isolation has not been done much. The aims of this study are to investigate the effect of temperature, storage duration and level of white blood cell (WBC) with Genome Quality in T2DM. The treatment (n:10) which were divided into several tubes and then stored at 4 °Ϲ, 25 °Ϲ and 32 °Ϲ for 21 days. To determining storage duration effect, we use periodically isolation of DNA (3, 15 and 30 days) after sampling. The effect of WBC with DNA quality was carried out using 17 samples. DNA isolation was done by the DNA Isolation Kit manual without modification and then tested qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on this research, it can be concluded there is a correlation between the numbers of WBC with DNA quality. The higher the number of WBC, the higher DNA concentration (r: 0.818. p value: 0.000). The concentration of DNA at a temperature of 4°Ϲ (135.1 ± 165.2 ng / µl) was higher compared with the temperature treatment 25 ° Ϲ (29.7 ± 36.5 ng / µl) and 32 ° Ϲ (22.14 ± 7.13 ng / µl) (p

Abstract

Ethnosciences in natural knowledge needs to be developed as a learning material and insight. In the field of education, ethnoscience is not optimal if it is applied in theory or books. Along with the times, the theory of ethnoscience will be displaced by modern technology, therefore the means of knowledge need to be upgraded to more advanced media to gain new experiences, especially for future generations. Researchers are looking for an ethnoscience approach in the field of technology by taking samples of observations of plant species in the Botanical Gardens. The technology used to develop this media is Markerless Augmented Reality based on Android applications. Researchers use 3D plant model objects from plant species in functions for the environment, including: Waste particle absorbing plants; CO2-absorbing and O2-producing plants; Odor-absorbing/removing plants; Plants to deal with flooding; Absorbent/odor depressant plants; Plants to overcome inundation, Groundwater conservation plants; Beach safety and abrasion plants. The results of the implementation and testing of the application are built and run with the android.apk device. This application is called EARBot (Ethnoscience Based Augmented Reality on Botanical Garden) which is an educational application of knowledge about ethnoscience that uses Markerless Augmented Reality technology.

Abstract

E-Samsat offers the service regarding motorized vehicle tax payment online. Still, in its implementation, it doesnot have many users. It is due to the community’s lack of awareness and the advantages that it can offer. Theresearch aimed to analyze the determinant factors in using the e-Samsat service in East Java. The effects of eachvariable (trust, awareness, ease of use, and intention to use) on each other were examined. The research wasconducted at Samsat joint office in Surabaya because it was the area with the largest motorized vehicle in EastJava. The research applied a quantitative approach. There were 200 respondents who were users of the service.They were selected using the cross-section technique through questionnaires. Then, data analysis used the PartialLeast Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. Data analysis results indicate that almost allhypotheses are acceptable and have a significant effect on each other. However, trust does not have a significanteffect on the intention to use. The analysis of these factors can be recommended to increase the acceptance ofe-Samsat services in East Java. The research can help the government to make decisions related to e-government,create technological innovations that facilitate payments, and improve e-Samsat services quality.

Abstract

Augmented Reality merupakan salah satu bentuk dari teknologi baru yang menggabungkan antara dunia realita dan dunia maya secara nyata. Augmented Reality berperan penting sebagai media perantara untuk memberikan sejumlah informasi yang lebih mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Aplikasi bernama NaturalAR merupakan sebuah teknologi Augmented Realty yang dikembangkan untuk media promosi objek wisata alam di Kota Kediri. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan pengalaman interaktif wisatawan dan memberikan informasi mengenai wisata alam di Kota Kediri. Model 3 Dimensi yang digunakan pada aplikasi NaturalAR berupa sejumlah objek wisata alam. Konsep NaturalAR dapat diterapkan dengan menggunakan media berupa peta sebagai penanda untuk menampilkan Model 3 Dimensi. Pengembangan NaturalAR dibuat dengan menggunakan salah satu metode dari SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) yaitu metode waterfall dan software Unity3D sebagai alat untuk pembuatan aplikasi. Bahasa bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah C#. Dalam melakukan konfigurasinya, NaturalAR menggunakan Vuforia sebagai aset untuk membuat, menyimpan, dan mengatur data yang dibutuhkan pada pengembangan aplikasi Augmeted Reality.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan teknologi, smartphone menjadi salah satu platform yang digunakan orang tidak hanya untuk terhubung dengan orang lain, juga untuk memantau segala sesuatu di sekitarnya dalam segala aspek melalui koneksi internet. Teknologi IoT juga dapat diimplementasikan pada rumah pintar untuk menyediakan, kenyamanan, keamanan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Pada penelitian ini, smartphone dapat digunakan untuk memantau dan mengontrol pintu dari mana saja melalui koneksi internet dengan bantuan aplikasi Blynk. Prototipe yang terhubung ke platform IoT memungkinkan pengguna dapat mengunci dan membuka kunci pintu dari jarak jauh. Sistem akan bekerja jika mikrokontroler ESP32 Cam dan Arduino Uno telah mendapatkan supply tegangan dan arus sebesar 5 volt. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu memanfaatkan WiFi, IR Sensor, RFID Reader untuk mengontrol selenoid, mengakses system, membaca permintaan dan melanjutkan perintah membuka pintu. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Electronic Door Lock mulai mampu membuka pintu pada tegangan 12 Volt.. Sistem pengendali dan pengaman pintu dapat dimonitor melalui smartphone melalui aplikasi Blynk.

Abstract

The purpose of making this system is to make it easier for breeders and pigeon lovers to determine high quality pigeons. The method used is the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), this method is used to support completing the program, using the analytical hierarchy process method, using the analytical hierarchy process method. this is because it can make it easier to make decisions. The result of this system is a web-based system that supports windows and linux operating systems, the purpose of making this system is to facilitate the decision making of high pigeons in determining quality pigeons that are integrated with database storage. The benefit of using this system is to facilitate the decision-making process for quality pigeons.
