The Islamic banking industry is currently undergoing a digital transformation that demands maximum operational efficiency, particularly in back-office functions. The performance of Detail Data Entry (DDE) employees plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely services for customers. This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of work discipline and workload on the performance of DDE staff at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Jakarta Mayestik. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving a population of 35 employees. A saturated sampling technique was applied, in which all members of the population were included as the research sample. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed via Google Forms and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of the partial t-test revealed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 4.758; p = 0.000), while workload also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 2.108; p = 0.043). Furthermore, the simultaneous F-test indicated that work discipline and workload jointly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (F = 61.639; p = 0.000). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.781 indicates that work discipline and workload explain 78.1% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 21.9% is influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study.
