Digital technology development has encouraged changes in consumer behavior in purchasing and interacting with companies, including in the coffee shop industry. Kopi Janji Jiwa utilizes the Jiwa+ application to facilitate ordering while providing loyalty programs and various promotions for customers. However, the use of digital applications does not always meet customer expectations, making loyalty, application ease of use, and promotion important aspects to consider in creating customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the influence of loyalty, application ease of use, and promotion on customer satisfaction among Kopi Janji Jiwa customers using the Jiwa+ application in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Jiwa+ users who met the research criteria and were subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that loyalty, application ease of use, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, both simultaneously and individually. These findings indicate that the customer experience in using the application is influenced not only by technological convenience but also by the benefits of loyalty programs and promotions provided. Therefore, improving application quality, managing attractive loyalty programs, and providing promotions that meet customer needs can be important components in increasing customer satisfaction with Kopi Janji Jiwa.
