This study aimed to examine the relationship between emotional maturity and career decision-making among students of SMA Abdi Siswa Bintaro. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sample consisted of 119 grade X and XI students from a population of 170, determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. Data were collected using a 60-item Emotional Maturity Scale and a 50-item Career Decision-Making Scale and analyzed using descriptive analysis, normality and linearity tests, Spearman’s rho correlation, and determination analysis. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between emotional maturity and students’ career decision-making (ρ = 0.802; p < 0.01), and emotional maturity contributed 67.7% to students’ career decision-making. The higher the students’ emotional maturity, the better their ability to make career decisions independently, rationally, and in a well-planned manner. These findings emphasize the importance of guidance and counseling services in developing students’ emotional maturity.
