Limited availability of organic production inputs and the suboptimal utilization of agricultural waste remain challenges to the development of sustainable agriculture in Langgomea Village, Uepai District, Konawe Regency. This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to strengthen farmer-group institutions through the development of a community-based organic fertilizer production unit and to improve farmers’ skills in utilizing local resources. The activity was conducted on June 20, 2026, using a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and Community Development approach through socialization, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), demonstrations of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF), as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results showed that participant engagement reached 95%. Understanding of the need to strengthen farmer-group governance increased from 90.91% to 100%, while positive perceptions of institutional strengthening and cooperation increased from 87.88% to 96.97%. The program effectively enhanced the capacity, self-reliance, and sustainability of farmer groups based on local resources.
