Stunting prevention at the village level requires not only health information but also cadres who are able to communicate messages clearly, persuasively, and interactively with families. This community service program aimed to improve the communication capacity of village cadres in Paloh Punti Village, Muara Satu District, Lhokseumawe City, through participatory assistance. The program was designed based on the partner's needs, particularly limitations in communication confidence, interpersonal communication, persuasive communication, and the availability of structured educational media. The implementation stages consisted of coordination and needs identification, health communication training, simulation and communication practice, participatory mentoring, development and use of educational media, and monitoring and evaluation. Evaluation of knowledge was conducted using pretest and posttest scores. Fourteen participants were included in the documented pretest-posttest evaluation. The mean score increased from 69.29 before the training to 79.29 after the training, representing an increase of 10 points or 14.43% relative to the pretest mean. Nine participants improved, four maintained the same score, and one participant showed a decrease. The results indicate that the training and participatory approach contributed to improved understanding related to the training content. Continued mentoring and use of the communication module and educational media are recommended to strengthen cadres' communication self-efficacy and support sustainable community education for stunting prevention.
