This community service program aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of Karang Taruna members in Pagersari Village in processing waste cooking oil and spent coffee grounds into environmentally friendly soap with economic value. The program employed a participatory approach comprising three stages: problem identification, socialization, and demonstration. Program evaluation was conducted using pre-tests and post-tests, with the results analyzed descriptively. The findings revealed improvements in participants' knowledge, particularly regarding soap-making procedures, the materials required, independent soap production, cost efficiency, and business opportunities, with all five indicators reaching 100% in the post-test. Furthermore, laboratory testing showed that the resulting soap had a pH value of 7.47, which falls within the pH range of 6–11 stipulated in the Indonesian National Standard (SNI 3532:2021) for bar soap. These findings demonstrate that the utilization of waste cooking oil and spent coffee grounds offers an alternative approach to waste management based on circular economy principles while creating opportunities for the development of value-added products at the community level.
