Village residents are a primary target for public health initiatives aimed at achieving national health goals. A situational assessment in Dukuh Village, Bandung Regency, revealed a high prevalence of non-communicable diseases, specifically hypertension, among the local population. This initiative sought to implement promotional, preventive, and rehabilitative measures through an empowerment-based interpersonal education program focused on hypertension nursing management in the Rukun Warga (RW) 10 area of Dukuh Village, Bandung Regency. The methods employed included presentations, discussions, and activity evaluations. The program resulted in an improvement in hypertension nursing management—shifting from a low/fair level to a high level—among 30 residents with a history of hypertension. It is essential for residents to remain conscious of the need for regular blood pressure screenings, and for the nearest healthcare facility to play an active role in the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of hypertension cases.
