<![CDATA[The implementation of Industrial Work Practice (PKL) at SMK Insan Nasional still faces challenges in documentation, monitoring, and student assessment management processes. The use of paper-based activity journals creates risks of data loss or damage, delays in daily report submission, and limitations for schools in monitoring student activities during the PKL period. This study aims to design and develop a web-based PKL monitoring system that supports activity reporting, report verification, and integrated assessment management between schools and industrial partners. The system development method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD), consisting of requirements planning, system design, construction, and implementation stages. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system was developed using PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework, MySQL database, and Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The results indicate that the developed system is capable of digitizing students' daily activity reports, facilitating verification processes by industrial supervisors and school supervisors, and improving the effectiveness of PKL assessment management. Based on beta testing using user questionnaires, the system achieved a feasibility score of 80.80%, categorized as highly feasible. The developed system is expected to support PKL management processes that are more effective, transparent, and integrated.]]>
