Advances in information technology have prompted micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including laundry businesses, to adopt digital systems to improve operational efficiency. However, many laundry MSMEs still rely on manual record-keeping, resulting in delayed reporting, data errors, and difficulty monitoring transaction and service status. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Laundry Management Information System for AW Laundry. The study employed Research and Development (R&D) with Rapid Application Development (RAD) as the development model, comprising the Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover stages, using the Laravel framework, a MySQL database, and UML modeling. The results show that the system integrates customer, transaction, payment, and operational report data into a single platform with role-based access (Owner, Admin, and Cashier). Black Box Testing of nine functions showed that all functions performed as specified (0 failures; 100% functional success rate), indicating that the system is suitable for supporting AW Laundry's operations
