<![CDATA[Original Income (PAD) growth, Economic Growth, Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), and Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) on the percentage of poor population in Barru Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with time series data for the period 2010–2025 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK). The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression processed with IBM SPSS Statistics. The results indicated that PAD growth had a positive and significant influence on the percentage of poor population. Economic growth and TPT had positive but insignificant influences, while TPAK had a negative and significant influence on the percentage of poor population in Barru Regency. Simultaneously, PAD growth, economic growth, TPAK, and TPT had a significant influence on the percentage of poor population. The coefficient of determination showed an Adjusted R² value of 67.9%, indicating that 67.9% of the variation in the percentage of poor population was explained by the four independent variables included in the model, while the remaining 32.1% was explained by other factors outside the model. These findings indicated that poverty in Barru Regency was influenced by interconnected economic and employment factors. Therefore, integrated and sustainable development policies were needed to improve community welfare and reduce poverty in Barru Regency.]]>
