Abstract

AbstractThe demand of housing supply in North Jakarta increases in each years, therefore made BPL Pluit must do the reclamation of North Jakarta shore area to be prepared as housing area. Through the vertical housing concept to respond the housing demand, the developer tries to speculate with the condition of north Jakarta area and built Marina apartment in seashore.As an apartment in seashore, the developer tries to use waterfront concept for building design that so far has been used in advanced country such as Japan and America. This article made to analyze wheter or not the Marina apartment is an waterfront building as its concept. The study enclose the open space ordering and also building mass concept that next will be compared with the literature about some design criterias and elements that must be watched in apartment planning and waterfront concept.A building can be said as a waterfront building not only from the location in seashore but also the optimal using from the sea area and orientation of the sea around it. After the analysis progress, we can say that Marina apartment is not a building with waterfront concept because there is no optimal using of the sea around it that represent an important element in waterfront concept building.AbstrakTuntutan penyediaan permukiman di kawasan Jakarta Utara semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya sehingga menyebabkan pihak BPL Pluit harus melakukan reklamasi wilayah pantai Utara Jakarta untuk dikembangkan menjadi area permukiman. Dengan menerapkan konsep hunian vertikal untuk menjawab kebutuhan akan permukiman, maka pihak pengembang mencoba berspekulasi dengan kondisi yang ada di Jakarta Utara dengan mendirikan sebuah apartemen di tepi laut, yaitu apartemen Marina.Sebagai apartemen yang berlokasi di tepi laut, pihak pengembang mencoba menerapkan konsep desain bangunan waterfront yang selama ini sudah banyak digunakan di berbagai negara maju seperti Jepang dan Amerika. Tulisan ini dibuat untuk mengkaji apakah apartemen Marina sesuai dengan konsep desain bangunan waterfront. Pengkajian meliputi tatanan ruang terbuka serta desain massa bangunan yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan literatur mengenai berbagai kriteria desain dan elemen-elemen yang pertu diperhatikan dalam perencanaan apartemen serta konsep waterfront. Sebuah bangunan dapat dinyatakan sebagai bangunan waterfront bukan hanya berdasarkan lokasinya yang berada di tepi laut, tetapi adanya pemanfaatan optimal dan orientasi dari perairan itu sendiri. Setelah melalui proses analisa, dapat disimpulkan bahwa apartemen Marina temyata bukan merupakan bangunan yang menggunakan konsep waterfront dikarenakan tidak mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan laut di sekitamya dimana hal tersebut merupakan elemen utama dalam sebuah konsep bangunan waterfront.

Abstract

Abstract                  In this development era, the housing prosperity is growing fast referring to resident prosperity that growing fast too. The more fast and advanced development, made the peoples need fulfilled fast. It can end in nature exploitation and nature ecosistem structure/progress is starting to move and change. Nature in the beginning can help human life, will be the human enemy because it human careless                  In this case, the holistic thought is begin to need, or in other word it can be said there was a relationship between nature as a place that human can live in and human made environment. This relationship is ecology.                  The ecological consideration for a built environment plan and design must be comprehensive. One of the ecological aspects is suitable material choosing for housing. Particularly in order to the material life-cycle and the material suitability with the local climate to fulfill the physical comfortness of housing. One of the aspect that caught in ecology is suitable material choosing for housing. The ecology is particularly caught with material holdness and material suitable against the local climate as a physical fitness for housing.                  To get a complete comprehension of the housing ecology, this study takes an object a house with brick material an a rarely house with wooden material almost as traditional house to compare.                  From the study result, we can said that the wooden house is ecologicaly better than the brick house, because the wood material is a regenerating material, different from the anorganic brick material. A wood house also can give us a physical comfortness for the human that lives in order to humidity, and also of solar radiation.  Keywords: building material, ecology, Bandung  Abstrak                  Pada masa pembangunan saat ini, pertumbuhan perumahan sangat pesat sejalan dengan semakin pesatnya populasi penduduk. Semakin cepat dan canggih pembangunan maka semakin cepat terpenuhi kebutuhan orang banyak. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan pengeksploitasian alam dan bahkan struktur/proses ekosistem alam mulai bergeser dan berubah. Alam yang pada awalnya dapat menunjang kehidupan manusia bisa menjadi musuh manusia akibat keteledoran manusia sendiri.                 Dalam hal ini, mulai dibutuhkan pernikiran dengan penuh pertimbangan yang menyeluruh, atau dengan kata lain adanya hubungan timbal balik antara alam sebagai tempat hidup dan berkembangnya manusia dengan lingkungan buatan manusia. Hubungan inilah yang disebut dengan ekologi.                 Pertimbangan ekologis dalam suatu perencanaan lingkungan binaan haruslah bersifat menyeluruh. Dalam tulisan ini, salah satu aspek yang terkait dengan ekologi adalah pemilihan material yang layak untuk hunian. Segi ekologi yang dimaksud khususnya berkaitan dengan siklus hidup bahan dan kecocokan bahan terhadap iklim lokal dan kaitannya dengan pemenuhan kenyamanan fisik suatu hunian.                 Untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih jelas tentang hunian ekologis, maka studi banding yang diambil adalah hunian tembok yang lazim digunakan dengan hunian kayu yang jarang dijumpai dan lebih mendekati hunian tradisional.                 Dari hasil studi, ternyata hunian kayu lebih mendekati pertimbangan ekologi dikarenakan siklus bahannya yang tertutup dan dapat dikembalikan serta diperbarui kembali oleh alam, berbeda dengan bahan anorganik hunian tembok. Hunian kayu juga dapat memenuhi tuntutan kenyamanan fisik baik terhadap kelembaban yang tinggi dan radiasi panas matahari yang tinggi. Kata Kunci: bahan bangunan, ekologis, Bandung

Abstract

Loads could affect the body gait in various ways. Backpacks, sling bags, suitcases, and even trolleys could hugely affect human gait without us realizing it. The effects of these loads have been scientifically researched in biomechanics and sports science for the past few years. For instance, the comparison of walking with and without a backpack could easily reveal significant differences in body segments, which could be utilized for therapy and medicine development. The aim of this research is to determine the differences of the spatiotemporal kinematic parameters between a conventional human gait and a backpack-loaded gait. Some parameters to be highlighted are stride lengths, stride duration, joint angles, linear and angular segment positions, velocities, and accelerations. The method used for marker data acquisition is based on the 2-dimensional Direct Linear Transformation. The results demonstrate that the backpack increases stride lengths and reduces stride duration, contrast to the expected where backpacks would reduce stride lengths. It was observed that the angle between the bag and the body posterior affects the abdomen relative angle, which directly translates to stride lengths as well. During unloaded walking, increases in pelvic rotation contribute to increases in stride length with increasing walking speed. However, in loaded walking, the back angle is also a factor in determining kinematic parameters.

Abstract

Image segmentation is an important process in identifying tomato diseases. The technique that is often used in this segmentation is k-means clustering. One of the main problems in this technique is the case of local minima, where the cluster that is formed is not suitable due to the incorrect selection of the initial centroid. In image data, this case will have an impact on poor segmentation results because it can erase parts that are actually important to be lost or there is still background in the recognition process, which has an impact on decreasing accuracy results. In this research, a method for image segmentation will be proposed using the k-means clustering algorithm, which has been added with the cosine similarity method as the proposed contribution. The use of the cosine method will determine the initial centroid by calculating the level of similarity of each image feature based on color and dividing them into several categories (low, medium, and high values). Based on the results obtained, the proposed algorithm is able to segment and distinguish between leaf and background images with good results, with the kNN reaching a value of 94.90% for accuracy, 99.50% for sensitivity, and 93.75% for specificity. The results obtained using the kNN method with k-means segmentation obtained a value of 92.46% for accuracy, 96.30% for sensitivity, and 91.50% for specificity. The results obtained using the kNN method without segmentation obtained a value of 90.22% for accuracy, 93.30% for sensitivity, and 89.45% for specificity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas pengguna dalam menggunakan Shopee Games. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling dalam pengumpulan responden. Jumlah data sampel yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 404 dan dilakukan metode analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM). Terdapat enam hipotesis yang diajukan pada penelitian ini. Hasilnya adalah satu hipotesis ditolak dan lima hipotesis diterima. Kelima hipotesis yang diterima yaitu trendiness memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap hedonic value, intimacy memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap hedonic value, hedonic value memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap satisfaction, satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap continuance intention, continuance intention memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalty. Adapun satu hipotesis yang ditolak adalah entertainment terbukti tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hedonic value.

Abstract

Kantor Kecamatan Rambang Kapak Tengah adalah salah satu instansi pelayanan masyarakat di Kota Prabumulih yang berdiri pada tanggal 27 April 2001, beralamat di Jalan Raya Baturaja Nomor 01 Kelurahan Tanjung Rambang Kota Prabumulih. Kantor Kecamatan Rambang Kapak Tengah Kota Prabumulih dalam proses pelayanan nya masih tergolong kurang fektif dan efisien, yaitu proses administrasi pelayanan masyarakat nya menggunakan cara konvensional (proses catat mencatat). Sehingga dalam proses pelayanan administrasi mengharuskan masyarakat mendatangi kantor Kecamatan secara langsung untuk melakukan proses administrasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut peneliti mencoba membangun aplikasi administrasi pelayanan masyarakat di Kantor Kecamatan Rambang Kapak Tengah berbasis web untuk memudahkan pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Rambang Kapak Tengah dalam melayani masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan UML sebagai alat bantu perancangan dengan metode waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistem.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis inovasi jasa dan pemasaran pendidikan bahasa Mandarin pada PT. Hongde College. Bahasa Mandarin merupakan salah satu bahasa yang sekarang ini sudah menjadi bahasa yang wajib dipejalari dikalangan pelajar maupun pekerja hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya kerja sama sekolah ataupun perusahaan dengan negara Tiongkok. Untuk mengetahui inovasi dan jasa apa saja yang ditawarkan oleh tempat kursus bahasa Mandarin ini kami melakukan analisis terhadap salah satu tempat kursus yang ada di kota Batam yaitu Hongde college. Teknik sampling ini dipergunakan dengan cara penelitian non-probability sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan merupakan regresi linier berganda . Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Hongde College sudah menerapkan strategi dan jasa dengan cukup baik untuk menarik minat dari para pelanggannya . kami menyimpulkan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan suatu platform ataupun social media dengan baik maka jasa yang ditawarkan akan berkembang dan dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Kami juga menyarankan untuk membuat inovasi-inovasi yang unik pada social media Hongde College untuk memperkenalkan jasanya agar calon pelanggan berminat untuk belajar bahasa Mandarin di Hongde College

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has significantly impacted various aspects of human life, including education and entertainment. One emerging trend is the utilization of technology to create engaging and interactive educational games. With technological advancements, educational games have become effective tools to teach various concepts and skills to the younger generation. However, in the era of globalization, the role of mythology in the lives of the younger generation has been overshadowed by foreign cultures' influence and technological advancements. By combining technology, elements of mythology, and educational aspects, a game based on Indonesian mythology becomes an innovative and attractive solution to ignite the interest and awareness of the younger generation towards their cultural heritage and national history. In this research will developed a technology-based educational game with a focus on Indonesian mythology using Unity, Adobe Illustrator and Visual Studio. The game was designed to present information about Indonesian mythology in an engaging and interactive manner, captivating the interest of the younger generation in learning and getting acquainted with their cultural heritage.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Top G2 liquid organic fertilizer on the growth of Betara areca nut (Areca catechu L.var.Betara) seedlings in polybags. This research was conducted on Rt.25, Lorong Cadas, Telanai Pura, Jambi. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from May – August 2024. This research used a completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor with a treatment design of Top G2 liquid organic fertilizer concentration (t) consisting of 4 levels, namely t0 (control), t1 (3 cc POC Top G2/liter water), t2 (6 cc POC Top G2/liter water), t3 (9 cc POC Top G2/liter water) and t4 (12 cc POC Top G2/liter water). The treatment was repeated 3 times, so there were 15 experimental units. Each experimental unit consisted of 4 plants and 2 plants were sampled, so the total number of plants was 60 Betara areca nut seeds. Based on data from research results and analysis of variance, it shows that the application of Top G2 liquid organic fertilizer in various doses has no significant effect on plant height, stem diameter, root dry weight, crown dry weight, root crown ratio, leaf area and seed quality index but has a significant effect on leaf color.

Abstract

The researcher took Adda Lantai as the object of research because Adda Lantai in developing its business did not maximize the use of social media marketing. With this problem, the researcher provided a social media marketing solution to increase Brand Awareness in optimizing posts on social media used on Adda Lantai. This study uses a qualitative method with interview and observation techniques. In order to facilitate Adda Lantai to develop its Social Media marketing, the researcher used a previously designed Content Plan in designing the creation of existing content both on Instagram and on Tiktok. The researcher also used Instagram Advertising and Tiktok Advertising tools to increase Brand Awareness in terms of posts. The results of this study indicate that Adda Lantai needs to develop its Social Media Marketing consistently to increase Brand Awareness and also use Instagram Advertising and Tiktok Advertising in order to reach more audiences from Adda Lantai. In conclusion, to increase Brand Awareness, Adda Lantai is advised to focus more on developing Social Media Marketing, especially in terms of its posts so that in the future more audiences will recognize Adda Lantai.
