The Nagaraja Sea Turtle Conservation Group at Sodong Beach, Cilacap, faced limitations in standardized data management, geolocated nesting records, public information services, and routine use of digital tools. This community service program aimed to improve partner management capability, strengthen conservation information services, and implement a community-based digital data collection and habitat monitoring system. Design Thinking was integrated into socialization (empathize-define), technology implementation (ideate-prototype), training (test), mentoring, evaluation, and sustainability planning. Program outcomes were assessed using operational indicators, application logs, database records, observation, and a post-activity Likert questionnaire completed by 10 partner respondents. Management performance reached 80% from a 35% baseline, supported by four data-management SOP/workflow documents, 80% digital documentation, and dashboard use for evaluation. Information-service performance reached the 80% target, supported by an active dashboard, 54 valid geolocated records from 56 entries, and partner capability to use the dashboard. The system achieved 80% utilization, with 10 active accounts and 2,925 eggs recorded across valid geolocated entries. The questionnaire produced 90% positive responses, a mean score of 4.44/5, and a Likert index of 88.8%, indicating strong partner acceptance of the program.
