Abstract

Guna mempertahankan dan memotivasi anggota serta menarik non anggota menjadi anggota, koperasi Bunda mempunyai program kerja yaitu pemberian hadiah kepada anggota setiap tahunnya. Penentuan penerima hadiah, koperasi Bunda masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu melakukan pengundian, yang berpotensi terpilihnya anggota yang berkontribusi minimum yang dinilai kurang layak untuk menerima hadiah. Penentuan kelayakan penerima hadiah pengurus koperasi memberikan standar kriteria yaitu besarnya jumlah pinjaman, banyaknya jumlah tabungan, transaksi menabung, lama menjadi anggota dan banyaknya membawa nasabah non anggota. Upaya membantu koperasi menentukan anggota yang layak menerima hadiah, diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem dirancang mengggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang merupakan salah satu metode Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa dari 10 data sampel anggota koperasi, didapat nilai tertinggi adalah v_10 dengan nilai 0,861, yang artinya anggota koperasi tersebut layak menerima hadiah tahunan dari pihak koperasi.

Abstract

Salah satu tahap utama dalam pemrosesan citra digital adalah peningkatan kualitas citra. Citra yang berwarna gelap tidak terlihat detail informasi yang terkandung pada citra. Bahkan objek yang tampak pada citra bisa tidak terlihat karena pengambilan citra dilakukan pada pencahayaan kurang. Citra gelap perlu dilakukan peningkatan kualitas citra supaya detail informasi citra dapat terlihat secara visual. Beberapa algoritma peningkatan kualitas citra digital diantaranya negative transformation, log transformation, contrast stretching, bit plane slice, dan histogram equalization. Pada penelitian ini akan dikaji beberapa algoritma peningkatan kualitas citra untuk melihat hasil terbaik dari kasus citra gelap. Berdasarkan hasil percobaan, diperoleh hasil terbaik menggunakan algoritma histogram equalization. Algoritma histogram equalization menghasilkan histogram citra yang tersebar rata sehingga detail informasi citra dapat dilihat secara visual.

Abstract

Kemahasiswaan merupakan wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan minat dan bakat mahasiswa baik sesuai dengan bidang keilmuannya atau lintas bidang. Sehingga kemahasiswaan memiliki fokus membahas informasi mengenai program-program yang akan di perguruan tinggi. Masalah yang timbul di Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto adalah pengetahuan yang dimiliki mahasiswa belum terdokumentasi dengan baik sehingga proses berbagi pengetahuan menjadi tidak efektif. Sistem manajemen pengetahuan merupakan salah satu cara untuk menumbuhkan budaya saling berbagi knowledge (sharing knowledge) antar individu maupun organisasi. Salah satu cara pengembangan manajemen pengetahuan adalah dengan membuat aplikasi dengan berbasis web yang nantinya berfungsi untuk mengumpulkan, menyimpan dan membagian pengetahuan yang ada. sistem yang akan dibangun menggunakan metode Knowledge Management System Life Cycle. Dalam perancangannya sistem yang akan dibangun berbasis website dengan menggunaan framework laravel dengan bahasa PHP dan MySQL sebagai database server. Sistem ini memiliki klasifikasi KMS yang berjalan dengan baik yaitu knowledge capture, knowledge sharing, serta knowledge discovery.

Abstract

Innovation is a process to generate new ideas and change something of value in meeting user needs. Innovation requires measuring the readiness level of innovation in universities to monitor and carry out the resulting innovations. This research was conducted to design an application for measuring the level of innovation using the User Experience Lifecycle (UXL) method. This application can assist in submitting activities and measuring the level of innovation carried out by lecturers or students. This application is made in four stages, namely, analysis, design, prototype, and evaluation. Analysis of user needs is carried out at the Innovation Unit of the Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto through interviews. The interaction design requirements are generated in the form of design requirements and work activity affinity diagrams with two main tasks, namely proposing innovation measurements and obtaining progress reports. After that, a discussion was held in the form of a design thinking and ideation session with the innovation unit that produces personas, sketches, and scenarios. Furthermore, the design implementation is done by creating a medium-fidelity prototype, and the results are tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Of the ten questions that must be answered distributed to lecturers and students, the results of the test by the lecturer got a value of 69.17 or B (Good), and students rated 69.40 or B (Good). Based on these results, the application's medium-fidelity prototype has exceeded the minimum requirements of 67 or C (Enough) so that the prototype can be produced so that it can be delivered to the public or the public.

Abstract

The global coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic requires the Timor Leste government to make a school from home policy. This policy has encouraged several universities to improve the quality of their distance learning services. However, it seems that the government has not gone deep enough to conduct a preliminary study on each university website's readiness to face this. Based on previous research, the university website impact factor is one of the criteria for increasing webometrics rankings. Still, it is not explained in detail the types of referring pages and domains that can affect webometrics rankings. This research investigates the extent to which R-WIF affects webometrics and examines the factors that can improve the university website's quality. We surveyed the revised web impact factor (R-WIF) at seven universities in Timor Leste to determine their academic sites' relative standing. The results show, although some universities have increased the number of backlinks, the webometrics university ranking prefers backlinks that come from high-authorization sites such as .edu and .gov. The correlation value indicates this phenomenon between R-WIF and Webometrics of 0.464, which means moderate. Universities in Timor Leste need to implement several strategies to improve Webometrics rankings, especially visibility.

Abstract

The classroom is the principal place in the implementation of teaching and learning activities. Classroom comfort indirectly affects the learning atmosphere and the comfort level of students in implementing teaching and learning activities. In its operational activities, classrooms have several supporting tools such as blackboards, projectors, air conditioners, chairs, and desks. These objects often experience problems such as minor damage, decreased function, to heavy damage. The existence of these obstacles can make teaching and learning activities less qualified in an academic classroom. Facilities and infrastructure to support quality teaching and learning activities require an inventory information system with quality control methods to ensure the classroom's quality of facilities is maintained. This research uses the Waterfall software development method and produces a web-based computerized system that can be used to monitor the quality of classroom facilities and follow-up. With this system, the quality of facilities and infrastructure in the classroom is maintained.

Abstract

Berwisata memiliki beberapa kebutuhan sebelum melakukan perjalanan, salah satunya merancang itinerary. Itinerary merupakan rancangan jadwal perjalanan wisata yang membantu wisatawan agar lebih terarah dan teratur. Kurang lengkapnya informasi itinerary perjalanan wisata di Indonesia seperti informasi cara menuju destinasi, transportasi, beserta biayanya menyebabkan wisatawan lebih memilih keluar negeri. Selain itu, kemudahan penyusunan itinerary sangat berpengaruh pada keinginan menuju destinasi wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi berbagi pengalaman perjalanan wisata dalam bentuk itinerary berbasis web. Metode User Experience (UX) Lifecycle berhasil diterapkan pada proses pengembangan aplikasi yang dimulai dari tahap analisis untuk memahami kebutuhan pengguna melalui wawancara dan kuisioner online dengan 136 responden. Tahap desain dilakukan pembuatan persona, sketsa, storyboard, skenario dan wireframe. Hasil desain diimplementasikan dalam bentuk prototipe high fidelity berbasis web. Selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi prototipe yang menunjukan secara keseluruhan aplikasi berhasil membantu wisatawan dalam merencanakan perjalannnya. AbstractTraveling has several needs before traveling, one of which is designing an itinerary. The itinerary is an itinerary travel design that helps tourists to be more directed and organized. The lack of complete itinerary information on tourist trips in Indonesia, such as information on how to get to destinations, transportation, and their costs, causes tourists to prefer going abroad. Also, the ease of preparation of the itinerary is very influential in the desire to travel destinations. This study aims to develop applications for sharing travel experiences in the form of a web-based itinerary. The User Experience (UX) Lifecycle method was successfully applied to the application development process, starting from the analysis phase to understand user needs through online interviews and questionnaires with 136 respondents. The design phase is carried out, making persona, sketches, storyboards, scenarios, and wireframes — the next step to implement it in the form of a web-based high-fidelity prototype. The prototype evaluation results show that overall, the application succeeded in helping travelers planning their journey.

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah populasi penduduk di Indonesia berdampak pada terbatasnya luas wilayah pertanian di Kota Bogor yang mengakibatkan ancaman produksi pertanian karena konversi lahan persawahan sebesar 88,12% menjadi perumahan dan kebun. Solusi sistem produksi pertanian dengan terbatasnya lahan salah satunya adalah hidroponik. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan budidaya hidroponik dan memudahkan akses fasilitas belajar digital sebagai bagian penting dari rencana pemerintah Kota Bogor yaitu smart society diperlukan dukungan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Knowledge Management System (KMS) budidaya hidroponik dengan mengadopsi metode Knowledge Management Life Cycle melalui identifikasi pengetahuan tacit maupun explicit dari komunitas hidroponik. Proses menangkap pengetahuan berorientasi pada seluruh proses budidaya sayuran hidroponik dengan menggunakan bibit yang siap tanam. Knowledge map digunakan untuk kodifikasi pengetahuan menghasilkan 34 pengetahuan explicit berupa media interaktif video maupun dokumen yang dapat digunakan oleh pengguna. Implementasi sistem menggunakan aplikasi berbasis Web dengan pendekatan object oriented yang sudah diuji oleh pakar dan semua fungsi berjalan dengan baik. Sistem ini memiliki fitur klasifikasi KMS yaitu knowledge capture, knowledge sharing, serta knowledge discovery. AbstractThe increasing number of populations in Indonesia has an impact on the limited area in Bogor, which has resulted in the threat of agricultural production because of the conversion of 88.12% of paddy fields to housing and gardens. A solution to agricultural production systems with limited land, one of which is hydroponics. Facilitate access to digital learning facilities as an essential part of the plan of the Bogor City government, namely smart society, information technology support is needed as a means of sharing hydroponic cultivation knowledge. Based on this, we developed a knowledge management system (KMS) adopting the Knowledge Management Life Cycle method by identifying tacit and explicit knowledge from the hydroponic community. The process of capturing knowledge is oriented to the whole process of hydroponic vegetable cultivation by using seeds that are ready for planting. Knowledge map is used for codification of knowledge that produces 34 explicit knowledge in the form of interactive media in the form of videos and documents that can be used by user. The output generated from this study is KMS was implemented using Web-based applications with an object-oriented approach that has been tested by experts with system functions is working and has KMS classification features, namely knowledge capture, knowledge sharing, and knowledge discovery.

Abstract

Suicide is a deliberate act that results in death for oneself. Suicide is often associated with mental disorders such as depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and alcohol and drug abuse. Around 800 thousand people in the world are recorded to commit suicide each year, most of cases occur among teenagers. The lack of signs or symptoms in someone who wants to commit suicide is a big problem to reduce the number of deaths caused by suicide. Therefore, this research raised a theme related to these problems. research will design the Suicide Risk Idea Identification application using the Rapid Application Development method. RAD is a type of system development that is based on a series of iterative development cycles, using RAD method only takes 60-90 days. RAD has two types of methodologies, namely phase development and prototyping. The type of methodology used in this study is a prototyping methodology. Prototyping methodology applies all stages (analysis, design, and implementation) into action simultaneously. To facilitate early identification of suicidal ideation, a questionnaire is needed that discusses the severity of suicidal ideation and other attributes. SIDAS (suicidal identification attributes scale) is a questionnaire designed to identify suicidal thoughts and assess the severity of these thoughts.
