Issues regarding toddlers failing to gain weight and low coverage of Supplementary Feeding (PMT) remain nutritional challenges in Kalirahayu Village, Losari District, Cirebon Regency. Assessment results indicate that the coverage of weight gain among toddlers (N/D) remains low at 53.1%, while the coverage of PMT provided to toddlers who failed to gain weight was recorded at 0%. This community service activity aimed to enhance mothers' knowledge regarding balanced nutrition standards and the "Nutrition-Aware Family" (Kadarzi) concept, as well as to provide local food-based supplements and improve skills in processing milkfish (*bandeng*) into nutritious supplementary food. Implementation methods included education via interactive lectures accompanied by pre- and post-tests to measure knowledge improvement regarding Kadarzi and practical sessions on processing milkfish nuggets as a local food-based PMT alternative. All activities were conducted at the Kalirahayu Village Hall. Results showed an increase in the participants' average knowledge score from 98.46 in the pre-test to 100 in the post-test. Following the educational session, all participants fell into the "good knowledge" category. Furthermore, the intensive milkfish nugget processing activity demonstrated high participant participation and enthusiasm, alongside a solid understanding of safe and hygienic food processing steps. Thus, this community service activity serves as an effective effort to improve the knowledge and skills of mothers particularly regarding the use of local food for PMT thereby supporting the prevention of weight stagnation and stunting through a community empowerment approach.
