Early Childhood Development (ECD) is a fundamental foundation for children’s development. Evidence on ECD interventions across ASEAN remains fragmented, while previous research has tended to focus on specific domains or low- and middle-income countries globally. This study aimed to synthesize the implementation characteristics and outcomes of ECD interventions among children aged 0–6 years in ASEAN countries. A Systematic Literature Review was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines through searches of Scopus, PubMed, and ScienceDirect for publications from January 2016 to May 2026. Of 711 records identified, 28 duplicates were removed, 683 records were screened, 60 reports were retrieved in full text, 37 articles were assessed for eligibility, and 12 studies were narratively synthesized. Methodological quality was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal Checklists. The studies were conducted in Indonesia (n=5), Vietnam (n=4), Thailand (n=2), and Malaysia (n=1). Interventions included integrated nutrition and developmental stimulation, community-based parenting education, physical stimulation, and digital learning. Most studies reported improvements in cognitive (n=8), motor (n=7), and parenting practices (n=6), while multidomain interventions involving caregivers and communities demonstrated more consistent outcomes. The findings support the development of family-based, cross-service integrated, and context-adaptive ECD and SDIDTK programs across ASEAN countries.
