<![CDATA[The research aims to analyze the factors that effect on child labor’s hours of work through the social economic variables, analysis method used was Ordinary Least Square ( OLS ) using the primer data that acquaired from direct interview with the respondents. Those factors that stand for independent variables are; Parent Education, Income, Parenting Status, Child Education, Gender, and Wage. With the hours of work as dependent variable. The result showed that independent variables are effected to the childworker’s hours of work in many ways. And there was a lot of similiarity between the condition and characteristic of the live of childworker in Banda Aceh and other region in Indonesia. For further research, it is advisable to increase the number of variables that will be studied in order to determine what variables that influenced the Hours of Work. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi curahan jam kerja pekerja anak melalui variabel-variabel sosial dan ekonomi, menggunakan model analisis linier berganda (OLS). Variabel independen penelitian ini adalah tingkat pendidikan kepala keluarga, pendapatan keluarga, jumlah tanggungan, status orangtua tunggal, pendidikan anak, jenis kelamin usia anak dan. Serta curahan jam kerja merupakan variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel independen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Dengan analisis linier berganda terbukti bahwa adanya kesamaan antara kondisi serta karakteristik pekerja anak yang ada di Kota Banda Aceh dengan beberapa kota lain baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambah variabel lain yang belum dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini, guna mendapatkan hasil yang lebih konkrit.]]>
