This study aims to analyze the effect of Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Style on Employee Engagement at PT Prima Multi Terminal. This research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 111 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Organizational Culture has a negative and significant effect on Employee Engagement, with a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05. Furthermore, Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Style have a significant effect on Employee Engagement, as indicated by an F-value of 107.334 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The R Square value of 0.751 indicates that the three independent variables explain 75.1% of the variation in Employee Engagement, while the remaining 24.9% is explained by other factors not included in this study. Furthermore, the negative finding on organizational culture reflects the suboptimal internalization of company values according to current employee perceptions.
