Polypropylene (PP) waste pyrolysis is a thermochemical conversion method with the potential to produce liquid fuel while reducing plastic waste. This study aimed to analyze the performance of a modified double-jacket burner in the PP pyrolysis process based on liquid fuel productivity. The experiments were conducted using 2 kg of feedstock under various temperature conditions and burner configurations. The analyzed parameters included product volume, mass, density, and fuel yield. The fuel mass was calculated by multiplying the product volume by its density, while fuel yield was determined as the ratio of the liquid product mass to the initial PP feedstock mass. The results showed that pure PP processed using the modified double-jacket burner at 400 °C produced the highest volume of 1.98 L, a fuel mass of 1.782 kg, and a fuel yield of 89.10%. Pure PP processed using the standard burner at 350 °C achieved a fuel yield of 86.40%. For the 10% PP blend, the modified double-jacket burner at 370 °C produced a fuel yield of 85.50%, whereas the 20% PP blend at 290 °C produced a fuel yield of 81.00%. These results demonstrate the potential of the modified double-jacket burner to enhance condensate productivity. However, the independent effect of the burner configuration should be further investigated under identical temperature conditions.
