This study was motivated by the suboptimal productivity of employees in the finishing department at PT XYZ, as indicated by the failure to achieve production targets and the increasing reject rate. These conditions were presumed to be influenced by work discipline and organizational culture that had not been implemented optimally. This study aimed to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee productivity, the effect of organizational culture on employee productivity, and the simultaneous effect of work discipline and organizational culture on the productivity of employees in the finishing department of PT XYZ. A causal-associative technique was used in this quantitative analysis. By employing a saturated sampling technique, we were able to include all eighty employees—representing the entire research population—in our analysis. Once collected, the data were analyzed through a series of tests, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and an analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research findings indicate that both work discipline (with a t-value of 4.937 and a 33% contribution) and organizational culture (with a t-value of 3.760 and a 24% contribution) have a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. Furthermore, it was found that the two variables jointly exert a positive and significant influence on employee productivity (with an F-value of 50.799 and a significance level of 0.001).
