Ultisols are characterized by low base saturation and acidic soil reaction, with moderate natural fertility and organic matter, thus requiring specific fertilizer management to support oil palm productivity. This study aims to assess the status of macronutrients (N, P, K, Ca, and Mg) in Ultisol soils in Engkersik Village, Sekadau Hilir Subdistrict, and to formulate fertilization recommendations based on soil analysis. Analysis results for the three plots indicate that the soil at the study site has an acidic to slightly acidic reaction, low to moderate organic carbon, and moderate total nitrogen; however, it has very low to low levels of available phosphorus, exchangeable potassium, exchangeable calcium, exchangeable magnesium, cation exchange capacity, and base saturation. Based on these nutrient levels, an increase in soil pH is needed; the recommended fertilizer application per plant for the three plots ranges from 1.5–1.6 kg of urea, 0.73–0.93 kg of TSP, and 3.36–3.85 kg of MOP (KCl).
