Alcohol can be used in various fields such as industry, health, food, and beverages. The alcohol content in food and beverages must be adjusted to the threshold standards acceptable to the human body. Therefore, an alcohol detection device is needed in beverages. A microcontroller is an electronic device that can be used as a controller for electronic circuits. The use of a microcontroller as a support makes the process of detecting alcohol levels in beverages easier and more practical. The microcontroller used to detect alcoholic drinks is an Arduino Uno, and it also features an MQ-3 sensor module. From the results of the trials that have been carried out, the appropriate results were obtained, where the designed device can show the results of alcohol detection indication(-OH) in the beverage being tested. The LCD of the device will show the number "1" with an analog value in the range of 600 - 1000 if the beverage being tested contains alcohol, and the LCD of the device will show the number '0' with an analog value in the range of 0 - 599 if the beverage is indicated to contain no alcohol.
