This study aims to examine the effect of concentration of Cefatoxime and Glycine on the growth of Dendrobium gouldii Yellow orchid and their effectiveness in preventing contamination and their effectiveness in preventing contamination. the research used a randomized group design with two main factors using a group randomized design with two main factors. The first factor was Cefatoxime concentration (700µg/L, 850µg/L, 1000µg/L, and control), while the second factor was Glycine concentration (1 g/L, 2 g/L, 3 g/L, 4 g/L, and control), resulting in 12 treatment combinations that were repeated 2 times. Each experimental unit contains 3 sample bottles with 1 microplants per bottle, a total of 120 sample bottles. Variables observed included microplantlet height, number of primodial leaves, number of roots, and the following primodial leaves, number of roots, number of primodial roots, leaf color, root length, percentage of contaminants, initial wet weight, and final wet weight. Analysis result statistical analysis using ANOVA at the 5% significance level, with the BNJ test continued if there is a significant effect test followed if there is a significant effect. One of the results showed that the C2G0 treatment (Cefatoxime 850 μg/L + Glycine 0 mg/L) was effective in preventing contamination in preventing contamination
