Changes in work systems, operational standards, management systems, and organizational cultural values significantly affect working conditions and workforce productivity. Therefore, an in-depth evaluation of the factors that determine employee performance is crucial. This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of workload, organizational culture, and the work environment on employee performance, both individually and simultaneously. A descriptive quantitative research approach was employed. A saturated sampling technique was used, encompassing the entire population of 158 employees within a specific department at PT. XYZ. Primary data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using SPSS 30 software, involving a series of tests, including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that workload has no significant effect on employee performance, whereas organizational culture and the work environment do influence it. It is hoped that this study will provide valuable contributions to both the employees and the company.
