Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of serving leadership on employee performance mediated by trust. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The data were collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample of this research is 75 employees of PT Nesinak's production department. The analytical method for testing the hypothesis in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that serving leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the trust had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, the trust had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, serving leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance through trust

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of workload on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. The object of research at PT KY Indonesia, Cikarang. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by random sampling using the Slovin formula totaled 57 respondents. Data collection is done by using google forms in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that workload affects employee performance, the workload has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, organizational commitment can have a positive influence in mediating the relationship between workload and employee performance in PT KY Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of the automotive industry is increasingly rapid and makes competition in the industry more stringent between one industry with another industry. This research aims to examine the effect of Training and Discipline on Company Performance. This study uses simple random sampling, because because all members are given the same opportunity to become a sample, the sample of this study amounted to 58 respondents of PT Y-Tech Autoparts Indonesia employees. The testing method uses the processing of IBM SPSS Version 22 Analysis to test the effect of Training and Discipline on Company Performance. The results of the study indicate that Training and Discipline have a positive effect on employee performance and the Discipline variable has a large influence on performance.

Abstract

In facing the current business competition, the company must also have an advantage in order to be able to survive and develop among its competitors. Turnover Intention is one of the problems that are often faced by companies or organizations. The cause of high turnover in the company due to the desire to move is related to negative attitudes from employees, such as lack of satisfaction and commitment to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of Talent Management and Employee Engagement on Turnover Intention with the mediating variable Employee Retention Case Study PT. Yamada Indonesia Plant 2nd Factory. The sampling technique in this study is based on the employee population by means of total sampling or census samples with a sample of 71 employees at PT. Yamada Indonesia Plant 2nd Factory. Data analysis method used in this study with the help of SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that Talent Management has a negative and significant influence on Turnover Intention, Employee Engagement has an influence on Turnover Intention, Employee Retention has an influence on Turnover Intention, Talent Management has an influence on Employee Retention, Employee Engagement has an influence on Employee Retention, Employee Retention can mediate Talent Management on Turnover Intention and Employee Retention can mediate Employee Engagement on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance mediated by work motivation variables. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. In this study, the data used are primary data obtained and collected through direct surveys using questionnaires to respondents. Sampling in this study using a random sampling method with samples taken as many as 67 employees. PT. Maxalmina Compressed Natural Gas Transportation. Explanatory methods and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) are used to explain between variables. In analyzing the data in this study, evaluation of Outer model, evaluation of the Inner model, evaluation of Goodness of fit, and testing of the research hypothesis using Bootstrapping was carried out. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study also proves that work motivation is successful in mediating the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

This journal describes the results of community service activities carried out at Pelita BangsaUniversity in the form of Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)in the field of Administration and Marketing in Pasirsari Village, South Cikarang. Thebackground of this activity is based on a field survey where many MSMEs do not have a NIB,product logo and lack of knowledge to register their business on google maps. The priorityproblem is that MSMEs in the Pasirsari Village area are immigrants so that few of them havecomplete data such as domicile letters and NPWP. The solution and method in this serviceprogram is to create a strategy in an effort to empower MSMEs through Making a BusinessIdentification Number (NIB), making product logos, as well as registering google maps andmaking Banana Peel Ice Cream SMEs. The expected outputs from this activity are 1) MSMEsin the Pasirsari area can have a Business Identification Number and understand its benefitsand functions. 2) MSMEs in the Pasirsari area can have a product logo as a business identityand the business location has been registered on google maps to make it easier for visitorsto find a business location 3) MSME Banana Peel Ice Cream can be developed and passedon by one of the MSMEs in Pasirsari Village and is expected to become a characteristicproduct Pasirsari Village. This makes MSME actors who were previously affected by thepandemic are now starting to rise again, sales that previously experienced a decline are nowstarting to return to normal, people who previously did not understand social media and Ecommerceare now technologically literate because of their previous virtual habits, MSMEsare trying to get up. back by promoting on social media and registering their business to Ecommerce,people who are used to buying goods online because shops that were forced toclose because they can only sell virtual or take away are now back in operation. With“Banana Peel Ice Cream "The ice cream is inspired by a brand that has banana flavored icecream. Finally, we have the idea to make the same ice cream but made from banana peels,besides the vitamins contained in banana peels, we also hope that this Banana Peel IceCream can reduce food waste, as banana peels are food waste.

Abstract

Seeing the competition in the business world today is also increasingly competitive and the role of an employee in the survival of a company or organization is so important because however sophisticated the technology is used without being supported by the presence of humans as implementers in its operational activities, as a result, it will not be able to produce output that is in accordance with what is expected. , which is where goods or services should be issued by the company according to the standard SOP they have. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of employee engagement level factors mediated by employee retention at the K-55 Guards Security Service company. The sampling method used random sampling method with a sample of 171 employees. The type of research used is quantitative. For data collection includes observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data processing analysis was carried out using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique through SmartPLS version 3.0 software. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee retention in employees. Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee engagement. Employee retention can mediate between organizational culture and employee engagement. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement on employees. Employee retention has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement on employees. Employee retention can mediate between workload and employee engagement.

Abstract

The industrial sector is increasingly competitive, resulting in companies needing competent Human Resources (HR). The company must consider all HR needs to satisfy employees at work. Some things that need to be considered by the company are the company's work environment and the level of employee burnout. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction, 2) to determine the effect of burnout on employee job satisfaction, and 3) to determine the effect of the work environment on burnout and 4) to determine the effect of the work environment on job satisfaction through burnout. The population in this study is all manufacturing employees in Indonesia. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability technique, namely convenience sampling. Primary data was obtained by distributing closed-question questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that LK had an effect on KK and burnout. Burnout significantly affects KK, and LK affects KK through burnout.

Abstract

The sustainability of an environmentally sound business raises the active role of human resources in society, and a running company can be social, economic, and environmental impacts in the long term. In running an environment-based business, small and micro enterprises (SMEs) need to integrate business management and human resources, starting from aligning business goals and preparing corporate culture to concern for welfare. One of the methods used to manage environmental businesses is by implementing Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). The aims of this study were 1) to determine the effect of GHRM on job satisfaction, 2) to determine the effect of GHRM on employee performance, and 3) to determine the effect of GHRM on corporate culture. The population in this study were all SME employees engaged in environment-based businesses. Then the sampling technique was carried out by purposive random sampling. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study show that GHRM has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, employee performance, and corporate culture.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang di mediasi kepuasan kerja. Objek penelitian pada PT SPC cikarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan software SEM Smart PLS sebagai alat analisis. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh pada departemen produksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui menggunakan google form dalam mengisi survei online . Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji R- square, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, dan Specific indirect effects. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pelatihan terhadap kiner karyawan pada PT SPC
