Member activity point management at GenBI UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur remains manual, leading to inefficiency and a lack of transparency. This study aims to design a web-based activity point management information system using Rapid Application Development (RAD) and a gamification approach. The RAD method was implemented through iterative user involvement, while the system was modeled using UML and developed with the Laravel framework. The results indicate that the integrated system effectively manages point data, submissions, and activities, thereby enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. Furthermore, gamification elements such as leaderboards, progress bars, and badges successfully improved user engagement. Black Box Testing confirmed that all system functions operate correctly, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 15 respondents yielded a score of 88.13% (Excellent). Consequently, the system is deemed feasible for implementation.
