Penglipuran Village is located in the Bangli Regency of Bali and features the distinctive natural characteristics of a cool, mountainous region. These geographical conditions facilitate the cultivation of coffee, a key plantation commodity. The "Mawar Langgeng Sari" Women Farmers' Group plays a pivotal role in developing the coffee business in Penglipuran Village. The challenges faced by the group include: 1) Financial record-keeping is still performed using conventional methods, resulting in a lack of effectiveness and efficiency; 2) Product distribution and marketing are conducted traditionally, limiting the product's market reach; and 3) The facilities and infrastructure supporting operational activities have reached the end of their economic lifespan. The proposed solutions are: 1) Training on financial transaction recording and the implementation of a digital financial recording system; 2) Provision of a website and training on online marketing strategies; and 3) Provision of facilities and infrastructure to support production.
