Learning outcomes regarding the knowledge aspect of Pancasila fourth grade IV students at SDN 1 Cikadu specifically concerning the topic of Rights and Obligations remain low; a preliminary study revealed that only 8 out of 28 students (28.58%) met the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM) of 75, with an average score of 64.57. This study aims to describe the implementation of the RADEC model to improve knowledge-based learning outcomes. It employed the Kemmis and McTaggart Classroom Action Research model across two cycles, each lasting 2 x 35 minutes. Data were collected through observation, written tests, and documentation, then analyzed using a descriptive quantitative-qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation rate of the instructional materials rose from 88.54% to 96.80%, and teacher activity increased from 84.96% to 96.57%. The average score rose from 64.57 to 86.71, and the class mastery rate increased from 28.58% to 82.14%, thereby exceeding the success indicators. It is concluded that the RADEC model is effective in improving students' learning outcomes. Teachers are advised to implement it with clear time management and role allocation.
