Abstract

The aim of this research was to improve the activities and learning outcomes of IPS cooperative learning model with make a match type in fourth grade students B SDN 10 Metro Pusat. This research use classroom action research and the subject was fourth grade student of class IVB. The data collection is done by observation and test, using observation sheets and test questions. The collected data were analyzed by qualitative and kuanitative data analysis. Research result show that implementation of cooperative learning model with make a match type can increase activity and study result of student.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPS melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match pada siswa kelas IVB SDN 10 Metro Pusat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK dan subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IVB. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan tes, menggunakan lembar observasi dan soal-soal tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model cooperative learning tipe make a match dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: cooperative learning tipe make a match, aktivitas, hasil belajar
