<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to know the influence of filer china clay naphthenic oil to the physical properties of permanent set and tensile strength rubber compound for refrigerator gasket. It makes from natural rubber ( pale crepe ) and synthetic rubber (SBR 1502 ) as raw material with addition of ingredients such as : softener, activator, filler, antioxidant, accelerator, coloring and vulcanizing agent. It should be carried out using base formula by varying china clay : 30; 40 ; and 50 parts and naphthenic oil : 5,0 ; 7,5 and 10 parts for 9 compound then should be tested their physical properties permanent set and tensile strength. The result of the test statistically prove that china clay and naphthenic oil influence the physical properties for permanent set by china clay 30 parts and naphthenic oil 5 parts, the value 1,24%, for tensile strength by china clay 50 parts and naphthenic oil 5 parts, the value 102,6081 Kg/Cm2. INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bahan pengisi china clay dan naphthenic oil sebagai bahanpelunak terhadap sifat fisis perpanjangan tetap dan tegang putus kompon lis pintu almari es. Kompon karet untuk lis pintu almari es fibuat dari bahan baku karet alam ( pale crepe )dan sintesis ( SBR 1502 ) ditambah dengan bahan pembantu antara lain : bahan pelunak, pengaktif, pengisi, antioksidan, penepat, pewarna dan zat pemvulkanisasi china clay : 30 ; 40 dan 50 bagian dan apththenic oil : 5,0 ; 7,5 dan 10 bagian. Didapat 9 kompon dan diuji sifat- sifat fisis perpanjang tetap dan tegang putus. Perhitungan statistic menunjukkan bahwa china clay dan naphthenic oil berpengaruh terhadap sifat fisis yang diuji. Hasil terbaik untuk perpanjang tetap adalah jumlah china clay 30 bagian dan naphthenic oil bagian dengan nilai 1,24%, untuk tegangan putus tertinggi jumlah china clay 50 bagian dengan naphthenic oil 5 bagian dengan nilai 102,6081 Kg/Cm2.]]>
