<![CDATA[Sekolah bermutu menghendaki manajemen yang baik. Manajemen dapat diukur dari kinerja manajerial. Kinerja manajerial dipengaruhi faktor internal dan eksternal diantaranya motivasi berprestasi dan kompensasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah. Teknik analisa data dengan korelasi pearson product moment, determinasi dan regresi dengan penghitungan SPSS statistics 20. Instrument yang digunakan adalah angket. Populasi penelitian adalah Sekolah Dasar Negeri se- Kabupaten Pasaman Barat sebanyak 259 sekolah. Sampel 34 sekolah diambil dengan teknik area sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah adalah kuat. Qualified school expected a good management. The management can be measured from a good managerial performance. Managerial performance is influenced by internal and external factors, they are achievement motivation and compensation. This research is to examine how much the influence of achievement motivation and compensation the managerial performance of the principals is. The technical analysis of the data with Pearson product moment correlation, determination and regression with SPSS statistics counting 20. The Instrument used is questionnaire. Research population is public elementary schools in Pasaman Barat District for 259 schools. The sample of 34 schools are taken by area sampling technic. The results of the research shows the influence of achievement motivation and compensation on managerial performance of the principals is strong.]]>
