Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap sekolah efektif, baik secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel berjumlah 133 guru dari 35 SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Cipanas dan Pacet Kabupaten Cianjur, yang diambil dengan teknik proporsional sampling. Responden terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap sekolah efektif. Dengan demikian, perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah menjadi faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam upaya menciptakan sekolah efektif.This study aims to determine the effect the behavior of school leadership and school climate for effective school, both partially and simultaneously. This Research using quantitative methods with the correlational approach. With 133 teachers for Samples from 35 primary schools in Kecamatan Cipanas and Pacet, Cianjur, the samples was taken with proportional sampling technique. Respondents consisted of principals and teachers. The results showed simultaneously, a significant difference between the behavior of school leadership and school climate for effective school. Thus, the behavior of school leadership and school climate is an important factor that must be considered in order to create an effective school.
