<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komitmen dan persepsi kepala sekolah tentang perilaku kepemimpinan kepala UPT terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah dasar negeri di kecamatan Gununghalu, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non eksperimen dengan metode survey melalui analisis korelasi dan regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komitmen dan persepsi kepala sekolah tentang perilaku kepemimpinan kepala UPT terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah sebesar 80,7% dan sisanya 19,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dengan demikian, komitmen dan persepsi kepala sekolah tentang perilaku kepemimpinan kepala UPT menjadi faktor penting yang harus dibangun secara bersama-sama dalam upaya pencapaian kinerja kepala SD, sehingga sinergisnya komitmen dan persepsi kepala sekolah tentang perilaku kepemimpinan kepala UPT diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja kepala SD.The aim of this study is to know how much the principals commitment and the principals perception of UPT headâs leadership behavior affect the principals performance in elementary school in district Gununghalu, either partially or simultaneously. This study used quantitative non experiment approach with survey method through correlation and regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that simultaneously, there is significant influence between the the principals commitment and the principals perception of UPT headâs leadership behavior toward the principals performance by 80,7% and 19,3% influenced by other factors. Thus, the principals commitment and the principals perception of UPT headâs leadership behavior become an important factor that needs to be developed together in achieving the principals performance. Therefore, the synergist of the principals commitment and the principals perception of UPT headâs leadership behavior is expected to improve the principals performance.]]>
