PENGENDALIAN HAMA DAN PENYAKIT SECARA FISIK DAN MEKANIK PADA PRODUKSI BAWANG DAUN (Allium fistolosum L.)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mendapatkan cara pengendalian secara fisik dan mekanik yang ramah lingkunganpada tanaman bawang daun. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di kebun percobaan Balitsa di Lembang padaketinggian 1250 meter di atas permukaan air laut. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus sampai Desember2013. Jenis bawang daun yang digunakan adalah bawang daun varietas lokal Ciwidey (Jawa Barat) Rancanganpercobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok yang diulang tiga kali. Perlakuan yang dicoba yaitu : (a).Menanam tanaman perangkap caisin di sekeliling pertanaman bawang daun, (b). Penggunaan perangkap bakikuning Moriche. (c). Penggunaan perangkap kuning likat diantara tanaman bawang. (d). Penggunaan insektisidaselektif berbahan aktif Betasiflutrin 2 cc/l seminggu sekali. (e). Perlindungan fisik dengan menggunakan kasa nilon50 mesh. (f). Tanpa perlakuan (kontrol). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Pengendalian hama dan penyakitpada tanaman cabai secara fisik dan mekanik menggunakan tanaman perangkap caisin, baki kuning Moriche,perangkap likat kuning, kasa dan insektisida selektif berbahan aktif Betasiflutrin dapat menaikan tinggi tanaman,mengurangi insiden dan intensitas gejala virus, namun terhadap tinggi tanaman, hama Spodoptera exigua,Alternaria porii dan hasil panen penggunaan kasa berpengaruh negatif. Hasil uji Elisa bawang daun terinfeksivirus LYSV, OYDV dan SLV. Pengendalian hama dan penyakit secara fisik dan mekanik tidak berpengaruhapabila benih vegetatif awal mengandung penyakit tular benih.Kata kunci : Allium fistolosum L., pengendalian, hama dan penyakit, fisik, mekanikABSTRACTThe research objective of this study was to find out the sustainability control by phisic and mechanic onwelsh onion . The research activities carried out at the experimental farm at Indonesia Vegetable ResearchInstitute in Lembang an altitude of 1250 meters above sea level. The study was conducted from August toDecember 2013. Welsh onion type used is a local variety from Ciwidey (West Java) The experimental design usedrandomized block design that is repeated three times. Treatment was attempted, that is : (a). Caisin trap cropsplanting around the welsh onion planting , (b). Moriche yellow tray traps. (C). The use of yellow sticky trapsamong plants welsh onion. (D). The use of selective insecticide active ingredient Betasiflutrin 2 cc / l once a week.(E). Physical protection using nylon gauze 50 mesh. (F). Without treatment (control). The results showed that:Pest and disease control in pepper physically and mechanically using trap crops caisin , moriche yellow tray trap,sticky yellow traps, gauze and selective insecticide active ingredient Betasiflutrin can increase plant height ,reducing the incidence and intensity of symptoms of the virus, but the plant height , Spodoptera exigua , Alternariaporii and yields negatively affect the use of gauze .
