Program Studi ilmu Hukum Fakultas Hukum Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. 2018.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengenalisis Pelaksanaan, Faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya hambatan pada Pasal 87 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang  Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa Terkait Dengan Pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Di Desa Pasir Kecamatan Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Mempawah, dan Upaya apa yang akan dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa pasir kecamatan mempawah hilir kabupaten mempawah dalam memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum terbentuknya Badan Usaha MilikDesa di DesaPasir Kecamtan Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten amempawah. Adapun hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah Pelaksanaan pasal 87 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor  6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa Terkait Dengan pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Pasir Kecamatan Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Mempawah baru sampai pada tahap penyampaian akan keberadaan beberapa peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang mengatur program tersebut. Selanjutnya Setidaknya terdapat beberapa faktor penyebab terjadinya hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pasal 87 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor  6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa Terkait Dengan pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Pasir Kecamatan Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Mempawah, seperti diantaranya masih minimnya upaya masyarakat dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan potensi desa, kemudian masih sulitnya untuk mencari Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkompeten dalam bidang BUMDes, serta belum adanya Peraturan Daerah (PERDA) di Kabupaten Mempawah yang mengatur tentang Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah Diharapkan kepada pemerintah Desa Pasir untuk dapat melakukan perekrutan dan penseleksian para calon-calon pengurus operasional BUMDes, baik dari dalam desa maupun luar Desa Pasir.Kata kunci: Badan Usaha Milik Desa, Pelaksanaan Undang-undang. ABSTRACTEdi Susanto: Implementation of Article 87 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 6 Year 2014 About Villages Related to the Establishment of Village Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) In Desa Pasir Kecamatan Mempawah Hilir Mempawah District. Problems in this research is not yet the formation of Business Entity MilikDesa in DesaPasir Kecamtan Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten amempawah. The result of this research is the implementation of Article 87 Paragraph (1) Law Number 6 Year 2014 About Villages Related to the formation of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Pasir Village, Mempawah Hilir District, Mempawah Regency, until the stage of submission of the existence of several regulations and the laws governing the program. Furthermore, there are at least some factors causing obstacles in the implementation of Article 87 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 6 Year 2014 About Villages Related to the establishment of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Pasir Village Mempawah Hilir Kecamatan Mempawah, such as the lack of community efforts in managing and developing the potential of the village, then it is still difficult to find competent Human Resources in the field of BUMDes, and the absence of Regional Regulation (PERDA) in Mempawah Regency that regulates the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Suggestion in this research is expected to government of Sand Village to be able to do recruitment and selection of candidates of operational management of BUMDes, both from inside and outside village of Sand. Keywords: Village Owned Enterprise, Implementation of Law
