<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to describe the chemical laboratory. The method of the research used qualitative descriptive. This research subject is the principals, curriculum vices, laboratorian, technician and the chemical teachers. Used technique of collecting data in this research were observation, interview, and documentation. The result of this research showed that: 1) The planning was prepared and set by the principal. 2) The organization was established based on the meeting result of teachers and principals. 3) The implementation was only done the head of laboratory. 4) The controlling and evaluating were done intensively based on the provision and planning.Keywords: management, chemical laboratory]]>
