JUS BELIMBING MANIS (AVERRHOA CARAMBOLA) KOMBINASI WORTEL (DAUCUS CAROTA) MENURUNKAN TEKANAN DARAH (Effect of Sweet Star Fruit Juice-Carrot Combination to Decrease Blood pressure)

ABSTRAK           Hipertensi disebut the silent killer karena hampir sepertiga orang dengan hipertensi tidak mengetahui mereka menderita hipertensi, sampai penyakit tersebut berkembang menjadi serius yang berdampak pada organ atau sistem tubuh lainnya dan mengakibatkan komplikasi. Pemberian jus belimbing manis kombinasi wortel karena bermanfaat memperbaiki sirkulasi darah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian jus belimbing manis kombinasi wortel terhadap penurunan tekanan darah.          Desain penelitian ini menggunakan one-group pre-post-test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ada 25 penderita hipertensi dengan purposive sampling didapatkan sampel sebanyak 24 responden. Variabel independen adalah pemberian jus belimbing manis kombinasi wortel dan variabel dependen adalah penurunan tekanan darah. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan observasi.          Hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test didapatkan hasil (α hitung) = 0,000 yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian jus belimbing manis kombinasi wortel terhadap penurunan tekanan darah.          Pemberian jus belimbing manis kombinasi wortel sangat dibutuhkan dalam pengelolaan tekanan darah. Pemberian jus belimbing manis kombinasi wortel secara teratur dapat menurunkan tekanan darah. Jus belimbing manis kombinasi wortel juga untuk menjaga kebugaran, menurunkan berat badan dan, memperlancar aliran darah sehingga akan memperbaiki tekanan darah pasien. Kata kunci :jus belimbing manis kombinasi wortel, tekanan darah. ABSTRACT Hypertension is called the silent killer because nearly one-third of people with hypertension do not know they are suffering from hypertension, to develop into a serious disease that affects the organ or other body systems and lead to complications. Management alternatives for lowering high blood pressure, among others, by giving sweet star fruit juice combination of carrot because the effect to improve blood circulation. This research aims to analyze effect of giving sweet star fruit juice- carrot combination to decrease blood pressure.The research design used one-group pre-post-test design. The population in this research there was 25 patients with hypertension with purposive sampling, the samples were taken 24 respondents. Independent variable was the giving of a combination of sweet star fruit- carrot juice and the dependent variable was a decrease in blood pressure. The data of this research was taken used observation. The statistical test of Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test shown (α count) = 0.000, it means that there was a effect of gived sweet star fruit juice carrot combination of the decrease in blood pressure. Gived sweet star fruit juice carrot combination is needed in the management of blood pressure. Administration of a combination of carrot sweet star fruit juice regularly can lower blood pressure. Sweet star fruit juice combination with carrot in addition to maintaining health body, also can lose weight and maitaining blood flow, so that it will improve blood pressure. Keywords: sweet star fruit juice carrot combination, blood pressure.
