Video streaming adalah salah satu layanan aplikasi komunikasi multimedia real time yang memanfaatkan proses streaming dalam pengiriman paket data video. Peper ini mengacu pada parameter kualitas layanan standar ITU-T G.1010 dan melakukan pengujian variasi dengan  bandwidth 256 Kbps, 512 dan 1024 Kbps. Kinerja video streaming menggunakan VLC Media Player dengan Codec H.265. Untuk mendapatkan video yang bagus maka dibutuhkan kualitas layanan yang memadai. QoS (Quality of Service) dapat dipahami sebagai kemampuan jaringan untuk menangani lalu lintas sehingga jaringan dapat mencapai tingkat layanan yang diperlukan. Parameter QoS sendiri adalah delay, packet loss, dan throughput yang digunakan untuk menentukan kualitas layanan. Parameter QoS akan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi Wireshark. Kata-kata kunci : Codec H.265, Video Streaming, Wireshark, QOS AbstrakVideo streaming is one of the real time multimedia communication application services that utilize the streaming process in the delivery of video data packets. This peper refers to the ITU-T G.1010 standard on service quality parameters and performs testing with 256 Kbps, 512 and 1024 Kbps bandwidth variations. The video streaming performance is using VLC Media Player with Codec H.265. To get a good quality video in need of adequate service quality. QoS (Quality of Service) can be understood as the network's ability to handle traffic so that the network can reach the required level of service. The QoS parameters themselves are delay, packet loss and throughput used to determine the quality of a service.
